Problem Note 39765: Chinese characters and Arabic numbers will not display simultaneously on graphs created with DBCS Chinese SAS® 9.1.3
Chinese characters and Arabic numbers will not display simultaneously on graphs created with double-byte character set (DBCS) Chinese SAS 9.1.3. The problem is most likely to occur when using the GIF device driver and the Courier font.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
